THE best thing happened yesterday......

Hubby and I went to W*lmart yesterday to pick up a few items. As we were checking out I went to the Coke cooler to grab a bottle as I was really thirsty. There, in the cooler, all by itself was a single bottle of Vanilla Coke! Now, in case you don't remember this post, just let me tell you.......hubby and I are huge Vanilla Coke fans. When they discontinued production in late 2005, we thought we'd just die. Well, we didn't, but it's been really hard living with out it. Anyway, I paid for the Coke (at my other items of course) and headed straight over to hubby. He wasn't with me when I found my little treasure. I told him to close his eyes and take a drink. He was a little skeptical, but knows I'm a little trustworthy. He slowly put his lips to the bottle, took a drink, swallowed and said, "NO WAY!" Yes way, baby! We savored every last drop of it. It lasted us well over an hour. We thought maybe it was just a fluke...probably left over from way back when. Just to make sure I did a little checking on the web when we got home. Oh my word.....its' back! The Coca-Cola Company has finally come to their senses and brought back the best product they've ever made. Maybe my letter writing campaign paid off after all. And yes, I have already sent them a very nice email thanking them greatly for their wise decision! (I also have this lingering urge to rent a storage facility and start stock piling it for fear they may take it away again. :)
