Michelle Michael Guilty -- UPDATED

At 10:15 this morning the jury returned their verdict in the Michelle Michael murder trial. She was found guilty of first degree arson and first degree murder with a recommendation for mercy. The recommendation for mercy means that she will be eligible for parole in 15 years.

She will be spending her life sentence at Lakin Correctional Center in West Columbia, West Virginia. You can read an article about her sentence and the prison at the Charleston Daily Mail.

    I feel she had NO mercy on her husband..why should we have Mercy on her??

    I met Shelly! And I don't think she has it in her to kill anyone! She is a great person....She knows that she has made mistakes....they needed to investigate a certain other female!!
